Witness Report

"If you shut up the truth and bury it under the ground, it will but grow, and gather to itself such explosive power that the day it bursts through it will blow up everything in its way."

- French author Emile Zola

"Treason does never prosper.
What's the reason?
When it prospers,
None dare call it treason."

JOHN RADEMACHER AND THE .222 CASING

There has been a flurry of activity on the Web about John Rademacher, the man that found the .222 casings in Dealey Plaza.
John Rademacher is a lawn services specialist from Granbury, Texas. He and his wife have several kids and live a normal family life. John works hard and he has done well considering he has purchased a home and put his kids through school doing lawn services in the community. He has a lot of customers who contract him on a regular basis.
Like so many people, John took his stepson to Dealey Plaza in 1987 to view where JFK was shot. Because he is a lawn services specialist, he had some of his lawn tools in car trunk and he and his stepson decided to have some fun and dig around Dealey Plaza to see what they could find. On the second day of their digging, John and his stepson found a .222 casing near the stockade fence. It was buried a few inches down in the ground. Excited, they tried to contact the local news agencies, mainly TV, to tell them about the find. Some station did a brief story on the casing with no mention of dents or marks on it.
John found lots of thing in his "digs." He found coins, pistol handles, pens, license plates, etc. and he found another .222 casing over on the opposite side of the pergola.

Rademacher's map points out where he found the shell casings
As anyone would, John got excited. He had illusions of finding shells that killed JFK. He "saw" assassins in trees, on top of the pergola. everywhere. And he stated so in several "documents" that he passed out to various JFK types at different seminars.
John met Joe West at a seminar. West took Rademacher to meet with Malcom Summers, a Dallas businessman. Summers said he saw a man on the knoll with a weapon. Rademacher gathered up lots of pictures of weapons that fired a .222 casing. He included a .221 Remington for, with slight modification, the XP-100 CAN fire a .222. Much to John's and West's surprise, Mr. Summers identified the Remington Fireball XP-100 as being the weapon Summers saw on 11/22/63. Summers circled the Fireball and initialed it.
In 1992, FBI agent Zack Shelton of the Beaumont FBI office gave Joe West a lead on James Files. On August 16 and 17, 1992, West visited Files in prison and got the first confession from Files. West died on February 13, 1993. On May 3, 1993, I visited James Files for the first time. A leading TV executive was with me as a witness. During that meeting, Files said that he fired a .222 casing from a modified Remington Fireball XP-100. He also said that we would know his shell if we ever found it for it had his teeth marks in it.
I recalled something in West's files about Rademacher and I looked John up when I got back to Texas. John told me about the stuff he found and Mrs. West and I drove to Dallas to meet with John. When I saw the casing, I realized that it was just like Files said it would be....the end where you put the powder was oval and not round. There were marks or dents in the casing. Rademacher did not know what those marks where other than "ejection marks." Rademacher had no idea what they were.
I took the shell to five leading forensic odontologists who all concluded that the marks were consistent with human dentition. One of the top experts told me they were teeth marks, down to which teeth made them.
We have attempted to secure Files' dental records for match-up but have been stopped in every corner by the Bureau of Prisons, FBI, CIA, everyone.......
There is a standing offer to FBI Director Louis Freeh for him to bring forth Files' actual dental records and an FBI dental expert and put them in a room with our expert and have the FBI determine whether or not the marks on the casing match Mr. Files' teeth. Mr. Freeh has refused my invitation for over four years.
The offer still stands.
